Change2 - Accelerated Process 


Schools will need to use a change management process to develop a customised ICON Implementation Plan, aligned with the school's School Improvement Plan and Annual Action Plan.

The accelerated Change2 Management model has been designed to support flexibility and can be modified according to the school's requirements and approach.













Change2 - Plan Your Own Process

The Plan Your Own Process model has been designed for facilitators experienced  in the use of the Change2  methodology. 

The model design is flexible so that users can plan their own process around each of the key change steps.
